Kassie Speaks!

Kassie on couch2Woohoo!  Mom asked me to write another article, so thought I’d tell you about our other trip.  It was pretty amazing!  I got to see a lot of really neat things!  There also were some things that weren’t quite so fun, but I’m passed all that now [yeah, right!]

Anyway, let me tell you about it…

The first day we drove to Dallas with Mom’s really good friend.  They had plans to go to something called a musical.  They said it was called Wicked.  I guess it must have been pretty good, cause they were really happy when they got back!

The next day, Mom and I drove to Louisville, Kentucky.  Actually, Mom drove and I rode.  Mom made me sit in the back seat with a special set belt.  That was OK, though, cause that way I had plenty of space to stretch out and sleep. Continue reading

Kassie…the early months

Kassie3 Mom asked me to cover for her today.  She is trying to clean the house, so…. I decided I would tell you a little about my early months!

I was born in New York and when I was eight weeks old, my mom flew there and picked me up.  I spent my first night with my mom in a motel!  This is me on the bed!  I was afraid that it was going to be really scary, but it wasn’t!  Mom and I cuddled, and played.  She ordered something called Chinese food.  She wouldn’t let me have any, but it smelled good.  Mom got up during the night and let me go out to potty.  She only had to scold me one time for starting to chew on a cord.  I didn’t do it anymore.  We had a really good time!  baby Kassie on bed

My World

Hi!  My name is Kassie and I am a Bernese Mountain Dog. If you have been following this blog, you may have already heard about me.  My mom asked me to write this, since I apparently had nothing else to do. I don’t know what makes her think I have nothing to do…sleeping is something! She’s pretty busy today, so I told her I would help out.  I thought I’d write about what I know best–Berners, also sometimes known as BMDs! Continue reading
